Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be RMUTK staff?
No — the Pre-Incubator is open to external researchers and interested parties who want to commercialise RMUTK technology, or who have their own research aligned with BAP's focus areas.
Who owns the resulting intellectual property?
Governed by RMUTK's IP Management Regulations B.E. 2559, with shares allocated between the inventor, the university, and sponsors.
Must I join the Incubator immediately after completing this stage?
No — you can proceed at your own pace. But if you meet the criteria and wish to continue, you may apply to the Incubator immediately.
